HOMEPAGE
For 37 years, I lived and worked in Glasgow, since my art-school days. Although it no longer is my base or home, the city still has an  attraction for me. I will always be drawn to its rich resource of exuberant Victorian architecture and the good humour of its people.

It is a place of veiled beauty, where visual surprises flourish in a unique architectural display above eye level. This richly carved masonry and elaborate cast-iron work provide me with a feast of imagery.

Now, while the urban world of Glasgow encapsulated me from teenage to middle ag, the compelling call of my native Isle of Lewis grew stronger as the years went by. I was glad to move back to the island in the knowledge that I could retain a fond association with dear old Glasgow .
